It took me many years, two continents, several bandages and a bit of wisdom to understnd how important it is to look after your body. It is often not until you hurt yourself until you realise how much you under appreciate your health.

I dont eat fast food, i dont drink soda and i dont use generic toothpastes or shampoos. i respect my body enough to use only natural and organic ingredients in my cosmetics, no more harmful chemicals from factories, just pure, organic, herbal health.
